The flower can be made into fritters or beverages. The leaves can be sautéed as greens or dried for making tea. And the roots make one of the best tasting and most medicinal teas you’ve ever had.
One of my very favorite recipes is Dandelion Blossom Fritters. My recipe is gluten and dairy-free and delicious!
1 cup quinoa flour (could be any kind)
Salt, if desired
Dip flower in batter.
